| Comfort and Convenience |

Our Bed and Breakfast is comprised of three private bedrooms, both single and double beds, with a beautiful
view over the town of Lecco and its lake. There is a large common bathroom for the exclusive use of our guests.
We are located in the upper part of Lecco, surrounded by nature; only a five minute drive from the cable car
that will take you into the mountain range surrounding the town and seven minutes from the historical centre.
We are also easily accessible by public transportation.
For prolonged stays, you can also make use of the outdoor barbeque in our relaxing garden, or a game of foosball
(table soccer) for friendly competitions with your friends.
